About these terms
These terms describe how Verenholt Systems ("we", "us") provides website design, lead generation, CRM and client management, and business automation services for local service businesses. Services
Our services can be purchased individually or combined. Lead generation is offered as campaign management — we plan, run, and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf and route inquiries to you and your team. We do not currently sell individual qualified leads as a standalone product. Advertising spend is separate from our service fees and is paid directly to the ad platforms. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue, or business results.
Engagement and proposals
Project scope and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal after a discovery call. No prices shown on this website constitute a binding offer. Deliverables, revisions, timelines, ownership, software charges, usage charges, and the scope of any ongoing support are all confirmed in each written proposal — so nothing is assumed and nothing is open-ended.
Client responsibilities
To complete the work, clients provide timely access to the accounts, content, and information needed, and are responsible for the accuracy of the information they supply. Reasonable cooperation and review windows are expected so projects can move forward.
Payments and fees
We bill through one-time project or setup fees and optional recurring monthly service fees. Exact prices, any deposits, milestones, and due dates are agreed in the written proposal. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the ad platforms and are not part of our service fees. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds and cancellations
